Feeding Department :
  1. Leading Edge Feeding :
  1. Leading edge feeding means that making the front side of paperboard as a benchmark , rolling wheel feeding speed is same as feeding roller speed . Won't be affected by cardboard cutting width error, high positioning accuracy of printing and die cutting.
  2. Three axis rolling wheel type leading edge feeding structure, multiwheel , multi-point suction feeding paper, high friction, high speed can make paper feeding smooth and accurate.
  3. Suction frequency conversion adjustment the air volume, high-pressure centrifugal fan air volume is big, according to the cardboard warping degree to adjust the air volume, increased the transfer stability and accuracy of thin paperboard and bend board.
  1. Feeding Roller :
  1. Two rows of front and back, upper and lower rubber roller to feeding the paperboard with light pressure, light pressure and high friction, effectively prevent the surface paper crushed influence to the printing effect and cardboard strength, to ensure feed accuracy.
  2. Feeding rubber roller, adopting the high elasticity resistant rubber casting in high temperature , outer surface and deep groove is processed by grinding, balance correction.

Slotting Unit :

1,Pre-press wheel, forming wheel are connected by linkage wallboard, liner guide-way make the leading, running steady, pre-press forming position consistent. Press line position is adjusted automatically, computer make the order, finished once, accurate position.
  1. Pre-press wheel: having the big width arc rolling both on the upper and down rollers, can damage the corrugator effective, no break and crack.
  2. Forming wheel: upper forming wheel is horizontal wheel designing, no crack on the surface of facial paper, no break.
  3. Down forming wheel is designed imitate grooving shape of die cutter plate, straight press line, folding line no zigzag.
2,All down roller pressure adjusted by high precision lifter, one side is long hole chute connection, can adjust two sides parallelism of down roller, to make the printing or over paper pressure even and stable. Every down of press axle is installed plum blossom scale handle which used for precision machine, handles react one circle respond to the press axle is 0.2mm. Operation quick and exact, easy to change order frequently for 3 ply and 5 ply board.
3,Over paper wheel is also called guide pape wheel, adopt tooth row type moving lock device. Wheels are designed two-open type, easy to take down and cleaning, also the axle have the centralized positioning, easy for measure. Replace the traditional top wire lock mode, save lot change order time.
4,The side baffle of feeding paper use die casting aluminum alloy material, have the automatic come in line device, come in line device can adjust freely, can improve sending paper precision convenient, reduce worker working.
Die-cutting Department:

1  Die cutter roller (down roller)
A   Outer diameter: Φ260mm. (Die cutter is not included.)
B   Material: cast iron. It is surface-grind and hard chrome-plated.
C   It is balance regulated to make it more smoothly and steady when running.
D   Distance of screw hole to fix die-cutter: 100mm × 100mm.
E   Height of suitable die-cutter: 25.4mm.
F   Thickness of wooden mold: 16-18mm (suit to 3 layers board); 13-15mm (suit to 5 layers board).
2  Rubber roller (upper roller)
A   Outer diameter: Φ281mm.

D   It is manual adjusted clearance of it with die-cutter roller.

3  Phase adjust system
A   Planet gears structure.
B   Die-cutting phrase is adjusted electrically in 360° . (It can be adjusted when running or stopping.)
C   Lateral width is adjusted electrically. Total adjusting range is: 14mm.
D  Installed with universal knife to the down roller, it is convenient for customer to slot the regular shape carton without die-cutter.
Folding Gluing & Bundling Department :
  1. Automatic feeding part
  1. Imported feeding belt low-suction to feed paper, guarantee for high-speed feeding smoothly.
  2. the unique mechanical design can quickly and easily adjust, side baffle, feeding knives are separated with paper belt, easily replace the paste type size.
  1. Automatic glue
  1. Carton glue width is 20-25 mm, low-glue type.
  2. Automatically providing the glue, glue loop, then never break the glue off, no artificially adding glue, save time and effort.
3.  Automatic folding department
  1. Imported high friction belt conveyor, feeding speed match with the host folding speed synchronously, frequency control, can control independently.
  2. Replace the products is controlled by hand button adjustment, convenient and fast.
  3. Creasing wheel,creasing knife,side wheel (rub tape), tapping plate, etc. Can preferably control the happening of the scissors mouth.
4.  Automatic stacking & count department
  1. choose corresponding accumulation number on the screen, set the number of output sheets in one pile, set the number of sheets range can choose: 5, 15, 20, 25 pieces.
